Dear Campers and families,
Easterseals Camp Harmon is excited to introduce our new Camper Portal for the 2024 summer season! Camper data from past years has been transferred to the new portal. All Camper applications, forms, and payments will be managed here. The new portal is user-friendly and has upgraded features.
We can't wait to celebrate Camp's 60th anniversary with our campers and staff all summer long.
Tip: Your account data has been transferred to the new camper portal. Select "Retrieve/Set Password' use email address associated with your previous camper account.

PDF forms are fillable for your convenience. Please download and complete forms, then upload to the new camper portal after enrollment is confirmed.
Tip: Fill out section 1 and take this form to your doctor to fill out the rest.

Tip: Include all immunizations the camper has received.
Tip: We need Images of the front and back of both, the camper's Medical Insurance card and Prescription card.
Tip: This form is to make sure the emotional needs of all our campers are met.
