located in the Santa Cruz Mountains amidst the majestic redwood forest. It's 40 minutes from Santa Cruz beach and less than an hour from San Francisco.

continues. Following ACA best practices and operations will ensure Camp Harmon offers an inclusive, healthy, safe and fun environment for campers and staff.

Volunteering during Summer Camp offers a flexible schedules. It also provides hands-on experience, builds your resume and allows you to make a meaningful impact without the committing to long hours all summer.
Our work is rewarding
Working at Camp Harmon is not always easy, but it is absolutely the most rewarding experience you'll ever have! You'll help our campers from ages 16 - 65 foster new-found independence, gain confidence and have a TON of fun! You'll leave camp with a squad of lifelong friends (campers and fellow counselors).
Why you should apply
We offer varying levels of positions for the summer 2024 season - from program leaders, cabin leaders, counselors, and support staff (administrative, food service, custodial, facilities maintenance).
